At this time, I do not accept insurance. I understand that this may be a barrier for some folks. To do my part in ensuring accessible services, I always hold a set amount of spaces for either discounted or free sessions. Priority goes to black, brown, and indigenous community members. I am always happy to have a conversation around financial accessibility. I also partner with Thrizer, a company that allows some clients to utilize their out of network insurance benefits. Rates
Individual Therapy
Online or in-person (Boulder and Denver) sessions. At this time, I ask that any new clients are willing to occasionally be virtual. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

EMDR Therapy
Online EMDR services. Disclaimer - Prior to starting EMDR treatment, it is required that we meet for a few sessions to discuss the process of EMDR and assess if it is safe for you at this time.
